Abstract

Bakhsh Layalpuri is a renowned Urdu poet who migrated to Layalpur after the partition. He spent a remarkable literary life having a true and serious commitment with progressive movement. Human beings ,humanity and humanism are the basic topics of his poetry. He is in the search of those persons in his society who are the messenger of peace and philanthropy. He believes in the elimination of darkness,hopelessness and frustration from the world. The article describes his optimistic point of view through his poetry.
