دیویندر اسّر کا تلخابہء حیات

Abstract

Born in August, 14th, 1928 in Hassan Abdal, Campbelpur (now Attock, Punjab Pakistan), DevendrIssr, due to sad demise of his mother when he was only 5 years old, was brought up by his father Advocate Pandat Shiri NaathIssr. In Pleader line Campbelpur (Attock), DevenderIssr got his early education from 'AariyaSamaj School' and after matriculation got admitted in Govt. Degree College Attock. He was great admirer and true follower of his teachers like Prof. Muhammad Ajmal, Prof. Siddique Kaleem and Dr. Ghulam Jilani Barq, who not only motivated him to skillfully enter into literary world by publishing his maiden article in the 'Niswani Dunya' Lahore in 1946 but they inculcated in him successful practical and literary life skills as well. After publication of his articles in College Magazine 'Mashal' DevendrIssr, following the instructions of Prof. Ajmal, 'there is always room on top' furnished his article to 'Mahnama Saqi' and during his migration to India in1947, was astonished at Dehli Railway Station to see its publication in such a reputed journal.
