Abstract

How have literature and Urdu language in Daccan, the center Urdu, been flourished? In this article a thorough research on the work of sufi, Shah Turab Ali Turab Bejapuri who made Daccani language suitable in 12^th century Hegira for the preaching of sufism underlining the problem of Sufism in poetry. This sufi has really broadened the horizon of Urdu language. Unfortunately this great sufi poet has not been discussed in the history of Urdu even his work was also published.
