Abstract

Humanity is the greatest religion in the universe. Every Sufi was the symbol of humanism. One of those Sufis who are humanists is Sachal Sarmast. Sachal had played a vital role in the creating and grooming of the society which was totally ignorant and ablivious from the value of humanity.He lit the lamp of love and tolerance in the darkness of ignorance. He taught the lesson of humanity throgh his poetry and he made tried to compose the society on the bases of humanity. That’s why the people of other religions were also the members of his companions. This paper will highlight this aspect of the Sachal Sarmast the Sufi of Indus valley.
