Abstract

The purpose of criticism is to explain and analyse the work of art. Hence, it's utmost task is to make the life more creative. In this process, the critics are very much associated with political, social and psychological aspects of life. Consequently, the critic analyzes the creativity and the work of creative writers. Professor Fateh Muhammad needs no introduction in this regards as he is one of the most prominent figures in the contemporary artists. His uniqueness lies as he worked above any ideological bias. In his books, one can find true criticism on different issues. In his criticism on poetry, he preferred resistance poetry and he tested the humour of the resistant poets in a very significant manner.
