Style

The name of the author should appear at the top of the first page, with title underneath. The authors name with institutional affiliation should appear at the bottom of the first page of the text.
References should be given in the text in the author/date style, i.e. “Smith (1988) argues…….” Or as “……various authors argue (Smith 1988. Chandler 1991)….”.
